After plugging it in and using it, I don't feel much of a cooling effect. I'll have to try using a power bank. I'll need to buy another power bank.
It's good quality for this price. I ran it with the 20000 battery I had at home, and even running it on level 3 all day wasn't a problem.
It's very cool and effective. The size actually seems to be true to size, but I ordered two sizes up and it was too big. The effect is good, but I think you should order the size that fits your body perfectly to really feel the effect. It's too big, causing wind to blow outwards from other areas.
